"New Beginnings" - September 17th, 2017. It was a humid Sunday morning that we decided to climb a construction site directly across from the World Trade Center Complex. The journey way in and up was an adrenaline rush, as we successfully made our way towards the stairwell, while avoided detection from the security guard. As we reached to the bridge connecting the crane to the building, we were welcomed with a breathtaking view of Lower Manhattan, engulfed in fog. Sweating profusely and exhausted from walking up over 50 flights of stairs, we pulled out our cameras and tripod, capturing the moment as daylight approached. Paranoid and amazed, we took in the view through our cameras and eyes as the sun peaked through the fog, which led to the creation of this image here. The moment felt as if I was looking into a scene from a comic book that took my mind off the paranoia I experienced, as this was the first time I overstayed on a construction site, longer than I should have.
